Wedding photography – Nailcote Hall – Coventry – Claire and John – 9th August 2014
Claire and John chose to have their wedding at St Peter’s Church in Witherley followed by celebrations at the wonderful Nailcote Hall in Berkswell. It was a special affair with Claire’s mum marrrying them as the vicar of the church. I knew John from many years back playing for the same football team, so was nice to catch up with the lads.
I met Claire whilst she was preparing at her house with her bridesmaids and daughter, to take some preparation photos before taking the 30mins drive to the the Church near Atherstone, to meet with John and the wedding party, who were enjoying drinks in the pub garden over the road from the Church.
A nice relaxed ceremony in the beautiful church of St Peters. I was able to cover discreetly from the front allowing me to grab some great shots. The happy couple were wed and enjoyed the good weather outside with wine and nibbles. Confetti shots and we headed off for the reception at Nailcote Hall.
I grabbed some group shots with friends and family as soon as all guests had arrived as the rain was on its way which I managed just in time. Guests headed inside for the wedding breakfast and entertaining speeches and finished with the cake cutting before I said my goodbyes and left the new Mr and Mrs to enjoy the rest of the celebrations.
Congratulations to Claire and John and thank you both for inviting me to take part in your very special day.
